Not recommended. Total read was 7 minutes and consisted of me saying, sorry, but I do not think we are connecting. Despite this, the full 10 minute amount was charged. A refund was denied and the reader counted the free introductory minutes as part of the read. Per reader, we were connecting, although much of everything said did not match the POI and could match the description of someone else. A read on this POI was done by someone else that was able to pick up accurately. The 2 reads are completely different. Would have been happy to leave 5 stars if the reader could admit when they might not be connecting to the situation accurately or had been fair.
