Experience
After fourteen years as a Jazz Music producer and another four years in Jazz music promotions, I came to coaching formally in 2005, although in many ways it’s what I had been doing with friends, colleagues and family members informally for many years. With my background in psychology, sociology and music, it came naturally being able to listen, pay attention and be creative with a person in a coaching situation; people would feel comfortable talking to and opening up to me. I wanted a new career that would enable me to combine all the skills gained naturally and professionally, and knew that it would involve helping others in some practical way, which is where Life Coaching comes in, as it focuses on the practical steps needed to move you forward to a better place by making steady incremental changes. I am continuously training as any good coach knows that developing their coaching skills is an ongoing and continuous process of improvement, just like it is for the clients. I specialise in CONFIDENCE BUILDING, MOTIVATION (Making you aware that you are a powerful and perfect creation, able to do anything what so ever, if you put your mind to it; encourage you to do what you say you will do when you say you will do it) SPIRITUAL GROUNDING (The act of being here in the present, with no misconceptions about where we are or who we are. It is about being fully aware of our physical selves, while striving to be more spiritual. If we are grounded, we are conscious of our selves, our surroundings, and our connection to the earth; we have a strong sense of being) EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE (Knowing your thoughts & emotions, managing your own thoughts and emotions, motivating yourself, recognising and understanding other people's emotions and managing relationships) I am also the creator and host of LCM Radio Talk London, broadcasting and licensed under Live365, with more than 4 million listeners a month, Live365 is the world's largest Internet radio network, with directories in, iTunes, Real, WMP, Google Music, AOL Music, etc. My objective for the show is to help people learn how to take back and make use of their Personal and Spiritual strength; and to take control of their desires and thoughts, by exposing the listeners to proven ancient and spiritual techniques. My style of Coaching is pretty informal, practical and down to earth, with some humour. I work with you to help you understand your present life situation and to take control of it, and together we work on possible options for moving forward, then it’s time for you to take action.
