i typed all my questions in the beginning, halfway typing my questions when the payment prompt popped up which i felt i was rudely interrupted but still paid $20 and ended up having to wait for reader to connect only when my funds were running until $15 plus. reading did went on but felt very generic. nothing that made me go like oh, this reader did connect to POI and when funds ended, reader quickly sent the payment request again. pls refund the money and im not here for free reading. just not satisfied that you did not consider the funds lost at the start of the reading when you should have connected while im making the payment.

In the free time before the reading I gave her some information and two questions I wanted to ask she told me she would be able to answer the questions if I paid her for a reading which I did and despite asking the same two questions another twice I did not get any answers from her when I told her I was very dissapointed and felt she was not providing the service she said she would, she told me that one that day her health was not good, I was offered a free reading which I turned down, I have made bitwine admin know that I am very dissapointed with the quality of services this person provides, I asked for a refund and she told me she did not know how to process a refund, bitwine admin contacted her and advised her how to process a refund which I have asked her for twice more and she still has not refunded me, I would not recommend this person to anyone. 30/12/11 I got a message from paypal saying my refund had been processed but would not clear until 05/01/12.

I HAVE SPOKEN TO THIS SAME PERSON MORE THAN ONCE... HE/SHE HAS MORE THAN ONE PROFILE AND COPY/PASTE SCRYPTS.... NONE OF WHAT WAS SAID WAS RELEVANT TO MY SITUATION AND I DID ASK FOR REFUND BUT WAS TOLD THAT HE/SHE DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO REFUND ME AND JUST CUT ME OFFF!!! I'M SICK OF FRAUD PSYCHICS ON THIS SITE!!!
