Sorry but I read back the transcript and whilst she picked up the situation I dont feel my questions were answered , I went for the €10 for 3 mins deal which obviously is not alot or time but i feel I could of still of got more clarity and answers. I feel reader didn't give me answers only to try and get me to pay for more time at the end.
