Asking to try for the 10 deal for 5 minutes but she charged 20 instead. She goes on with her own talking without having chance to type .. it’s feeling like scam here. So wrong !!

Felt like it was confusing or inaccurate in regards to poi to be honest, didn't get much clarity on poi, also expensive. To be honest.
