Experience
I’ve written for independent spiritual and personal development publications, translating complex inner work into practical, relatable insight. I taught meditation for a year at an adult education center in South Atlanta and continue guiding clients in mindfulness practices privately by phone. Today, I work as an intuitive advisor, helping clients strengthen personal introspection, emotional awareness, and interpersonal communication skills. My focus is clarity — understanding yourself deeply and navigating others skillfully.
Degrees & Qualifications
I studied at Clayton State College and University and have continued building my knowledge through focused coursework in behavioral modification, communication dynamics, small business development, and cognitive behavioral therapy. Over the years, I’ve also explored areas that deepen how I understand people and decision-making — from Greek philosophy to foundational concepts in quantum physics, and the role psychogenic and psychosocial factors play in shaping cognitive and behavioral patterns. I value practical understanding over titles. Everything I study is meant to sharpen my ability to see clearly, think critically, and help others navigate complex human dynamics with grounded insight.

Update: after rereading the conversation I realized that some of the insight was right but some of it also felt off and not in line with what I felt to be true and much harsher than what's actually happened. But still helpful nonetheless.
