I’ve written for independent spiritual and personal development publications, translating complex inner work into practical, relatable insight. I taught meditation for a year at an adult education center in South Atlanta and continue guiding clients in mindfulness practices privately by phone. Today, I work as an intuitive advisor, helping clients strengthen personal introspection, emotional awareness, and interpersonal communication skills.
