Experience
My experience as a psychic began long before I even knew what the word meant. I first realized I was different when I was eight years old. I had a dream where I rode my new bicycle all by myself without any help—and the next day, it came true to the exact detail. As I grew up, the occurrences multiplied. Compounded by aggressive spiritual activity in our family home and the sheer overwhelm of hearing disembodied voices at school, I chose to completely block my intuition by the time I was 20. For nearly five years, I shut the door on the metaphysical world. But gifts like these can't be suppressed forever. One day, while serving drinks at a bar, the door burst back open.
