Olya is gifted, honest, insightful, and supportive. She picked up on things that she couldn't have known without being gifted and gave me the truth. A previous reviewer mentioned her being tired which I found strange. She said the same thing to me last reading but I felt it was endearing since she was being honest about what she was experiencing and showing her humanity.

There was not a connection at all to my question. The response I got from her was because she had taken a lot of calls and was tired. Why take someone call if you are tired? This is completely unacceptable! She did offer to set up an appointment for tomorrow yet why would I even do that??? How do I know tomorrow will not be the same "tired and ready for bed" will not be the same excuse. This is completely ridiculous and unprofessional. I cannot believe this reader let me spend money only to say, because of the calls she has taken today she was tired. Who does that to someone????
