You are expecting this negative review, so don't even try it with the "customer didnt want to hear the true" You lack real empathy and you don't even try to work with a customer that is asking you to validate what you are picking up just because things don't seem to be connecting. You need to work on how to cope with humans that are simply just asking for clarity, you are human you make mistakes its ok to admit that. If you arent interested in admitting and helping provide clarity I needed in your reading then just admit that. Honestly shame on you. And save it with the phony response.
