I will certainly Update to excellent if prediction comes to pass within 6 weeks but she seems professional so i can only assume she will be right and i apologise for the problems, my paypal was taking ages to load. thankyou for your time.

I cannot say she was inaccurate because only time can tell. I felt the 10.99 per minute was way to excessive for the reading that was provided. I expected more clarity and direction and unfortunately I did not receive that. Most people apologize for negative feedback but the purpose of feedback is to inform others and I cannot apologize for providing information to others based on my experience. Take it for what it is worth. Take care.
