So the reading started way off and at 2 min, politely asked to stop the reading and refund. Zed kept going on mumbling and won’t stop. It literally felt like a mental rape. Even then, Zed was putting fault on client (asked Zed to stop since minute two) in the end, kindly offered Zed to take the money to take care of oneself out of A sense of mercy.
