She didn’t connect and stated a lie that she wasn’t to able provide one. She started charging before the 3 mins ended l. You need to test the connection first before you charge. Common courtesy. And I know she will reply to this with I do this often to get a refund or I didn’t like what she said which is not true. I hardly get them or provide negative comments unless I feel I need to speak up.
