I’m really disappointed about this service. The totally amount time we spoke includes free minutes is 5 minutes and 49 seconds. She charged me $20 in the end. During the chat I never requested any deals/packages, nor she never introduced one of them instead she directly made the charge. If you are trying to argue that I’m trying to get a free reading, you charged me in advance without let me knowing it’s by your per minute rate which is 0.99/m or your different packages. I think there’s basic line in regards to the “business conduct”. I requested for refund. And thanks for your service.

The first reading about my POI, she predicted the contact timeframe from POI in 10 days. The contact came to pass in 8-9 days. Other things about POI and the progress need more time to observe and see. But she can tap into the situations well.
