I love talking to Emily. She is so nice. She is also very accurate. She told me my POI blocked his ex and that she found a way to contact him through a fake number. When I talked to him, he told me this happened. This wasn't me suggesting this may have happen, Emily just told me without me asking. So that was pretty precise.
