Started out ok but then just ignored my questions and I don't think she was even THERE ..Written stuff that didn't make any sense to questions and said I SHOULD SPEND MORE TIME WITH HIM...And he is out of state so much for THAT and then ar 10 00 rate change so she said do I get her answers because she can see HER WRITING BUT I CAN'T...?Please TRUE is transcript is SAME FOR ME AND YOU.
