I was expecting more especially for the time they took typing out, I thought I was gonna get my question answered fully but she took 5 min to type in a paragraph that was very vague and continued typing but the time ran out and like I said I was expecting more or a more concise answer not vague. My question was not answered. More like a general statement. I know they will reply to this comment but I stand with my comment. I'd like a refund if possible.

Her reading was fine. She does type at length, long paragraphs that take 5 minutes to write so be patient if you are going per minute you will run out of funds quick. Her answers are long however, I feel like it could have been answered in short sentences since the information became repetitive. The main info could have been compacted in a shorter text.
