Rob comes across as very nice reader and answers fast. The problem is that he makes general statements and once you offer information, he switches his answer. He assumes a lot during the reading. For example, he assumed I wanted to hear back from the person I inquired about but when I explained that I don’t want to hear back and why, he switched his answer. He does this very fast and in a way that is difficult to notice while in the reading. So even though he is kind, all he provides are general statements.
