Okay, he’s very rude. We started the chat and he just spit out a bunch of random word for word information nothing to do with my situation, I didn’t have a chance to interrupt him ask my question until close to the end and what answered said did not resonate. I emailed him asking for a refund but no answer, I tried to open the chat to ask and he immediately sent me a charge request. I declined it as I just wanted to ask him if he received my email would give me at least a partial refund and didn’t get to ask it before he got upset I didn’t accept the charge and hung up the chat. I’m sure I’m blocked now. He came off nice until this, but just was not connected. Not sure why readers here rather take a bad review than just a simple refund.
