This advisor is money hungry. I requested in the beginning of the chat I would like the $10 for 10 minute special. The advisor sent up the payment box with $20 attached and I changed it to $10 and paid. Instead of this advisor stopping the charge as most advisors do on bitwine, he decided to keep charging me and at 4 minutes (yes because his first response to my question came at 9:04 pm) so at 9:08 pm he sent another payment box requesting $20. Then I disconnected and reconnected back and told him what happened, instead of apologizing he blamed me and then finished up the answer however, it still wasn’t 10 minutes worth of a reading but the advisor has the nerve to say it’s over 10- minutes because the current chat was running for 5 minutes when the first half of that chat was letting him know he tried to charge me more money! Why would that count towards my $10 deal.
