Read the current situation correctly and my personal preference. Her description of the background situation as per what she sees in the cards makes sense. I can't rate based on predictions but she was empathic and true to what she saw... changed rate from Excellent to Unsatisfactory. This is because prediction was exactly the opposite of what happened. Just got the rejection letter from the job we were talking about, didn't even make the interview.
