Gave this rating because I paid for her 13 min $10 special. The payment request was for $20. I changed it to $10. She spent a couple of minutes telling me I paid for $.99 per minute and did not pay for her special. She then stated she even sent me the special. I felt like the meter was ticking for this unnecessarily. Her answers were very very vague. Will see what pans out.
