She is OK. Didn't answer a lot of my questions. I told I have a disability she must've thought I was dumb as a result of that. Because she kept saying condescending things like are you listening, do you understand. I have a motor, not a complicated one. So please do not think that I am dumb because I have Parkinson's. In the end, she hung up on me. $70 down the drain. Please use caution. Nice person but takes you by surprise
