She was very nice and gave me 3 extra minutes which I appreciate. She didn't give me information I didn't want to hear or accept, I felt the information was off... it didn't sound right at all. If it turns out to be accurate I'll change the review, but I would be extremely surprised. There were just things that really seemed off.
