Reader helped me with some things and am grateful although when I corrected her on something she missed the mark on she refunded me and hung up without a word. No one is 100% but I certainly deserve a response rather than being hung up on. When you say I should find another reader after I emailed...I'm surprised you think I would want to come back after that. These actions were from your ego and you need to think carefully on that.
