We were cut off... but it was very easy to connect again. She's patient, clearly reads the conditions, gives excellent advice, is very understanding, to the point and acts in my best interest (not saying that she's telling me what I want to hear). She tells me things that make sense and is conducive to the situation. I took her advice before (for something that I hate experiencing) and it helped the situation improve a lot.
