It started ok and she seemed compassionate. But the ending was a mess. I ended up confused than ever. And my disappointment is....if you pay for time that is unlimited, then dont' leave the person to go to another client. It is insulting. If you had limited time, then you should have said so. Not sure this is possible, but if you truly have integrity, you will give a partial refund. This is not about the money. It's about the confusion you left and the promise you made (unlimited time is unlimited time. If you can't help, then say so.)
