I think she is genuine. Picked up on communication thing and never mentioned it or hinted at it and she only asks for names. You are correct the behavior was not always like this and I know the exact situation (s) that caused it. Im ready to update with good news!

She was clearly wrong.....things that I knew for certain that were not true.....when I told her about it she said that she dont do refunds....its unethical, its stealing. i do not need to find out...I know that he doesnt like to chat online....he hates to even text
