She answered my question and really like the format of a flat rate for questions. Was concerned at first the answer would be lame and then you couldn't get to ask a clarifying question. But she gave detailed answers and it was good. Good sense of humor and likable or maybe we just clicked but it felt like she was an old friend.

Gotta love her. Concise and straight to the point no airy fairy mumbo jumbo. Predictions worked out as she said - moved in with partner and in a new apartment even though there was a chance of staying at partner’s old flat. Also said we will eventually move countries and things are looking that direction as well. I trust her.
