Great reading...a lot of insight, great communication. Dino is pretty easy to talk too and non-judgemental. Because he gets both sides of the situation it's easier for him to see the big picture then it is for me right now. But i truly appreciate his patience and the way he tries to guide my vision further along as opposed to what is going on at the moment.
