i was able to finish the reading despite the glitches.. turned out to be a genuine reader rather than what i had previously left as a review, ,however, i cannot change the previous review,so i asked to add an additional amount ( my decision) so i could leave another review in hopes of clearing her name from the previous review. She was in all honesty, patient during the glitches and very generous with her time... hope people will disregard previous review.

did a $10 deal, but got disconnected... came back after several disconnections and was getting the reading when i was told that she ran out of free minutes.. wanted to start charging me again, but this time, it was for $20... came back from adding funds and got disconnected again. hopefully, i will be refunded for the extra $20 that i added.. not counting on it though.
