I told her kindly that their simply was no connection and asked for a refund she said sure then ended the conversation so I'm assuming she was upset but not everyone is perfect . She's rude and don't try to say I didn't wanna get bad news because you was the first person to ever say this to me. Good luck with the $10 lol.
