she's nice and was able to pick up situation. however, she's quite slow in responding or typing. there were some significant pauses. she's the one question, one answer type of reader - if you are fine with a reader like that then she should be fine. in my case, i like a reader who can give many details even through a single question. i think if she was able to respond quicker we could have covered more things. and then she asked me if i'm fine with her reshuffling the cards, I said OK. the next thing I know, another window asking me to pay showed up. it would have been better if she informed me prior that reshuffling the cards means I will need to pay additional again. even if we ran out of time, it would have been ethical to at the least give the client an FYI before pulling out the window that there would be additional charge. she's OK as a reader but these are the improvements I hope she works on.
