She left the chat twice. One because it froze, the second time, Im not sure what happened. When I called back again I thought I would get my 25 minutes for the 10 minutes I paid the first time or atleast refunded and start again. I received neither. I feel a bit cheated because I paid 10 dollars for 25 minutes and didn't get what I paid for. I dont usually leave satisfactory reviews, but this is really dissapointing. She was really good in the past. This was a little disheartning. Im sorry Aries. Please don't do this with your other clients.

Nice person but not a fast typer. I received extra mins but They're not worth it when response time is slow. Will see if predictions come true. Sorta wish I could get half my money back for not having all my questions answered when asked before cutoff time but oh well.
