This reader saw some things that I know were true. Though, their English is a bit confusing and may have caused misunderstanding but it's OK. We figured it out. Although there was advice given, I think I don't feel it's the most appropriate thing to do as I know the situation currently doesn't call for me to be too abrasive or quick. There are things that need to be in a more natural way but I appreciate the help. Thanks.
