    I applied for an internal job offer, and received the big 'No'. I went back to Kafleen to let her know I was unsuccessful, and she said she STILL saw a promotion. Well in my industry you can't just 'be promoted', so imagine my surprise when they called me back today (3 days later) to say they had reviewed the results and would like to offer me the position!!!
