I am very disappointing with this chat. 3 time returning customer was charged money for the session and asked her questions which she didnt reply to and when asked why didnt see replied to it. She said she didnt see it and left the chat. What she wrote was incomplete and when I asked to complete it she got upset. If we are paying to answer do answer the question, dont charge 3 min and give a reading for 1 min

I believe she knew exactly what she doing and that it will work out the way she says, I’ll follow up in a few weeks after things come to pass.
