Mandy was very generous with time and did not sugar coat; she was very nice and friendly...UPDATE: I felt at first Mandy didn't connect, but now that some time has passed and I have re-read the transcript I get what she meant about the first person and she did pick up on the second person so I had to come back and upgrade to excellent and would definitely recommend her.
