Nice person, nice delivery of good and bad news, but I knew it was not all going to be good! Mandy just validated what I already knew but she did it in the most kind caring manner. Hey...we pay for honesty at least I do, if you want the heap of crap and lies and the white picket fence then I guess you don't want a true reading!!!
