I will rate excellent because she is always spot on, truthful and accurate however she does not value loyal or returning clients. She has a today only $1.00 special rate that lists today only and then when you log on she states it is for new customers only (which is not specified anywhere on her page). Her regular rate is $2.99 a minute and I had to log off for her to go in and change the rate back to $2.99 for me to get a read. If she had it listed as new clients only, that wouldn't have had to happen. She is very good but I will stick to advisors that appreciate and care about clients and not just see numbers or money.
