I was the one who wrote the bad review out of pure anger and now I can’t change it but I just want to say I’m sorry Lauren ... you have been nothing but honest and sometimes the truth hurts so much and it was so wrong of me to act out on that. I truly am sorry. I have been coming to you for years and everything you say was always on point. It’s just sometimes the truth is so hard to deal with and that bad review was just me not handling the truth/situation well. All you did was tell me what was happening currently and I went crazy.
