I am not sure you connected well. At least you didn't get my questions and it seems to be too expensive for not so great service.

I think she saw the situation fairly clearly, but ended the chat without answering my final question. Just be prepared to spend money to get answers. There isnt any grace period, nor did she try to connect in the first three minutes... there is a reason I chose not to add additional funds.
