    Absoloutely terrible! I asked one question at the start and she went on with general musings. Nothing specific at all. She then continued to ignore my questions and typed away in very poor english where i had to ask for clarification, she ignored that too! Before we got started she was really trying to push a more expensive deal, i should have taken that as a sign!!! I really want my money back, felt completely ripped off...it was all nice words used but it felt like a script.

    a bit misleading.. does not reply within 24 hours. charged more money than she should have. a bit slow at typing, didn't really give any info that i didn't already know. i doubt the picture represents the actual person.
