She was ok but she get a negative review because instead of answering my questions directly she seem to be following script just typing anything. I had to ask question 3 and 4 times to get my answers which pissed me off

Honestly I was not impressed. She didn't pick up at all anything I was feeling of my situation of nothing. Even the description of my husband the way she gave it was totally inaccurate. To me it just seem like she was throwing things at the wall and see what stuck. I was very very unimpressed .
