I like to phrase what I call a 'moment' where a reader tells me something(s) that they could not possibly know. It was never shared with another reader nor spoken of or even thought of and time and time again andrea has had those moments. She doesn't say silly things like "he's hot and cold" because we know that, but she tells me WHY, she not only gives me what I know to verify her connection but also what I don't know so as to guide me in the right direction.
