I don’t think its confusion your experiencing more frustration and lack of direction and purpose.

So I would recommend you sit down with a piece of paper and pen and write down all the things you would like to do and go about looking at the different ways to achieve each. If your having issues making stuff happen I would recommend going to a community advice centre there they have access to information such as free services like lawyers, budgeting and can refer you they will also have information on the different laws as well. They are there to help and most likely will have options for you that you haven’t thought of.
