Okay. I know this might be a dumb question to ask, but…

Is it possible for a spirit to be attached to you? Like having a spirit being born with you, like an astral entity? If so, how would you go about getting rid of it? I’m just curious because things happen that I know deep down isn’t me, but more of something else thats causing it.
