The bible mentions hell/ heaven as neverending. So if you die and go there, you should never be reborn again. However, I always hear of spirits being reborn and people having past lives. Please explain!

I guess to be honest it would all depend on what you believe in. Some energies continue on in my opinion when their life lessons arent over; as for the ones whose life lessons are over they cross over to the other side. As I mentioned it really depends on your beliefs, but that is mine.
