Wondering what the best way to get advice is. New here and tried the chat thing but got no responses/accepts from advisors listed as online. Wondering if chat is sometimes ignored because it gets abused by clients? (milking free time?). Maybe my first contact message is poor? Any suggestions would be great.

HI there, I am also new here, as advisor and sometimes the room is super wonky, i would keep trying and see how that turns out. If you want you can try to come by and say HI, even if not for a session but to see if we cant get the room to connect for you. could be a technical issue on yours, or the advisors end.
