Hi, I had a reading a few months ago- one of my Advisor’s predictions did pass. I wanted to share that important information in a Review. Is there a limited time to do so? I haven’t completed figured out how Bitwine operates. To me , we should be able to leave a comment whenever, especially a positive one as predictions pass at various times.

Hi, in your case clients tend to come back for a follow up reading, and that is when they will leave an updated review. You have 2 weeks on bitwine to leave a review. Best of luck

I believe, don’t quote me on this, that you have up to 2 weeks after a paid reading to leave a rating and review. To leave one now, you would have to do as the previous respondent mentioned: have another reading. If the reader has no minimum for you to have a session, you could purchase 1 min to leave that review, but you should check in with the reader to be sure that is appropriate for their service. Also, you will still have to bank 10 dollars to have any session on this platform, even if your reading is a min. I hope that helps. Yeah there is no point! I had one advisor who was extremely rude after her prediction didn’t come to pass and her response was it was a shame I didn’t wait longer, timelines are fluid. But in the same breath she swore up and down that what she said was going to hold true on those specific dates. When I left the unsatisfactory reading she immediately messaged me and said she would never read for me again instead of saying how can I help. I reached out to Bitwine and they said I was out of luck. One of my reviews on her page disappeared, the other one is still there. I googled her and she had many numerous wrong predictions but their reviews have seemed to have “disappeared” as well. Sad when you spend hundreds of dollars and Bitwine won’t help. Oh well.

Hi SB, to be very straight up with you, reviews can be removed if they meet certain standards such as vulgar language and other reasons, and it’s case by case basis, so it’s not a free for all on removing reviews on this site. In regards to your reading, all readings are entertainment purposes only. If any reader is swearing up and down that a specific date will hold true, I’d personally steer clear because no one is God…no one can know 1000% something will happen on such and such day. JMO. Also, All advisors can decide to cease doing business with various clients when a negative review is left. Hope this info helps, Best of luck

I completely understand the sites policies regarding vulgar language and other negative reasons for a review to be taken down. Im not dumb so please give me a little more credit. I came to this person for help, and the moment she was wrong, she said she would never read for me after that so I left her an unsatisfactory review. Not a message or saying hey, let’s look in to this again. NOTHING! She had no problem taking my money before the dates she predicted happening, and even harassing me about her sales to buy time now and use it later on. Where is my compassion and empathy for someone who had no problem taking money, and probably was also lying to the admin to get one of the reviews taken down. I tried reaching support for 2 weeks which is clearly over the threshold of leaving a review. We as consumer should be able to leave reviews anytime we want. Of course people are going to wait until the timeline passes to leave a review, but how can we when we have a 2 week deadline? And then when an advisor is wrong, they say timelines are fluid. Is that really fair? If I was wrong I would hold myself accountable. As should everyone who is wrong. My unsatisfactory review that disappeared was simple. I said that her timeline did not pass after she said I should’ve given it more time, so I did give it more time and nothing happened.

As far as lying to the support team, that wouldn’t be a possibility because the support team does investigate the situation on their own.

Well I have proof as well. That I was polite, and never called anyone out of their name but my review magically disappeared? Funny how she has very little unsatisfactory reviews so far apart years wise, but if you google her on other forums they say the same thing that I’m stating. But who am I? I’m just someone who is buying someone’s time for entertainment purposes. At the end of the day, the advisors work for the site. I have no say. And the 2 week rule is insane. If we buy a reading we should be able to leave it whenever we choose to do so.

I wouldn’t assume the reviews you read elsewhere are true. People do make up reviews, to try to bring down other advisors.

And I saw it for myself and went through it myself, so you’re saying I’m purposely trying to sabotage an advisor for what? I have absolutely nothing to gain from it. All I did was lose money trying to gain clarity on my situation with false hope and rude behavior when I told her she was wrong. Karma and spiritual justice is real. We deserve to have our voices heard on reviews that we paid for! That’s all I’m asking for. I’m not even asking for a refund (which I should get but I’m respectful of the payment for one’s time and energy). So keep trying to defend what’s wrong. You’re just as bad as they are.

Oh no Dear Gemini, I am directly responding to what you’ve posted. No confusion or misunderstandings. I appreciate you notifying support. :) Maybe they can change the time limit on when people can post reviews. It’s funny how unsatisfactory reviews are far in between, and so few. I wonder why? Ultimately it’s because people are given dates and time frames and would like to wait before posting a review but can’t because of the 2 week time limit. Whether it’s satisfactory or not, they should be given that courtesy for the money they spend. If Bitwine cared about the people spending their hard earned money there would be more good clients. They should listen to the grievances.

At the end of the day it’s about accountability, and transparency. People who spend money on this platform should have rights too! And not be dismissed like they mean nothing or their voice doesn’t matter.
